Product photos and descriptions are for guidance. Colors can vary on different screens. Size charts (especially for inserts) are approximate — measure your bowl before ordering.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. You will be refunded if we cancel.

Prices

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Use of products

Our feeders and mats are pet accessories, not veterinary devices. Supervise your pet. Do not leave a damaged product in use.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, OrvelloGo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
