Refund policy

If something arrives damaged or wrong, use the contact form at /pages/contact within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund the item.

Change of mind

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping to Hong Kong unless we sent the wrong item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return. Shipping fees are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Not returnable

• Used or washed products (hygiene)
• Items damaged by pets (chewed, torn)
• Sale or final-sale items marked as such

Slow feeders and lick mats are not medical devices. They are designed to slow fast eating. Always supervise mealtime.
